“I have used my creativity my whole life to express  beauty, nature, color, music… emotions. Years ago, when I was much younger and lived in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York,I began to paint birds on old barn wood. I was a young wife and mother, separated from all I knew, when I began to paint and create and sew all manner of things. It was great therapy! 

Later, I was involved in various art forms and some how began to paint rocks. 

Trees… wood… stone… have always ‘spoken’ to me and I would imagine all manner of things to create with them.

Later yet, now, today… I am old. The idea of doing some kind of joint art show… melding the two forms of wood and stone… has been growing in my mind a long time now. So, here, thanks to Fenceline and Jordan, I have been given the opportunity to create Wood&Stone! I hope you enjoy these creations which express various avenues which I have traversed on my journey to meeting you today. Welcome to my world.”
