CHOKE CHERRY 6.7%ABV
This is a special cider made by our production team. It is a fruited cider which is a process where we ferment the sugars from the apples while adding the flavor of chokecherries. We made it in this new style in order to present a drink that is more choke cherry forward. Cider is still its base but the cider sat on crushed chokecherries to infuse the myriad of flavors. Most of the chokecherries were harvested within walking distance of the cidery!

...AND this is a special cider release as we are partnering up with Four Corners Recycling Initiative and donating a percentage of choke cherry cider sales back to recycling! These volunteers do so much for recycling in our communities--let's help them raise money to keep providing services.
